COLLABORATION BRINGS 20 NEW HOTELS TO TULUM, MEXICO: ASSET MANAGEMENT SPAIN AND APEX CAPITAL JOIN FORCES FOR EXCITING DEVELOPMENT

Asset Management España Gestmadrid and Apex Capital have joined forces to bring a new era of hospitality to Tulum, Mexico. The two companies have collaborated to construct a total of 20 hotels, with the construction project set to begin in just three months. These hotels, managed by international chains already established in the Caribbean, will be inaugurated as they are completed, providing guests with a unique and luxurious experience.

The companies have access to a prime piece of real estate, a 1 million square meter hotel property located in a strategic location close to other ongoing projects including Four Seasons, W Marriott, and Azulik. This property is also situated near the famous Papaya Playa project, a popular beach club that draws tourists and artists from around the world to participate in musical events.

Apex Capital will provide the funds necessary for the construction of these 20 hotels, which will range in size from 50 to 500 rooms. Meanwhile, Asset Management Spain Gestmadrid will take on the project’s direction, ensuring the engineering, marketing, and legal aspects are all taken care of.
