The renowned brand Azulik has teamed up with Roth Architecture to bring Tulum, Quintana Roo their first residential project, “Habitable Sculptures”. This innovative project is set to redefine sustainable luxury, with a focus on a new lifestyle proposal that puts nature at the forefront. The Azulik Uh May Art Center was the first collaboration between Azulik and Roth Architecture, showcasing their combined efforts in creating spaces that encourage people to reconnect with themselves and the natural world through art, nature, and ancestral knowledge.

The “Habitable Sculptures” complex offers flexible and adaptable spaces, incorporating natural light and elements of the jungle landscape. The open windows and artificial lighting design create warm, aesthetically pleasing environments, complete with unique details such as liana ceiling lights and elegant concrete elements.

The 1.5-hectare project includes four towers and 88 apartments, with options ranging from 90 to 300 square meters. Each building offers ten different apartment types, all featuring their own terrace and some with rooftop fire pits and plunge pools. The Roth Design interior offers furniture customization services and a selection of decorative and artistic pieces, combining the iconic style of Azulik with a slow-living philosophy tailored to each individual.

Wellness amenities include a jungle gym and yoga shala, while the project’s social amenities include a restaurant, bar, boutique, fire pit, and multiple pools. A curated selection of art from SFER IK Museion will also be showcased throughout the complex.

Live the Azulik experience through this unique residential project and discover sustainable luxury in Tulum.
