The Real Madrid Foundation, known for its tireless work supporting and developing through football, has established a new collaboration with Tulum Country Club, a residential gem of the Piñero Group. Both entities have joined efforts to provide an educational-sports program to the youth of Quintana Roo.
A Program with Purpose
This program, called the Educational Football Program, is not just a series of football lessons. It’s meticulously designed to instill essential values while honing skills in the sport. Additionally, it’s especially oriented towards boys, girls, and young people at risk of exclusion, further demonstrating the Real Madrid Foundation’s commitment to holistic development and inclusion.
A Home at Tulum Country Club
There’s no better place for this project than the German International College within the prestigious facilities of Tulum Country Club. This space becomes the perfect setting, providing participants with a safe, modern, and equipped environment for their growth.
The start of this program is scheduled for 2024 and will open to youngsters between 5 and 17 years old. With this, Tulum joins another 46 global locations already benefiting from this initiative.
The Inauguration: An Act of Commitment
The official presentation of this project included key figures, such as the municipal president of Tulum, Diego Castañón, who emphasized the importance of promoting sport and values among the region’s youth. Andrés Muntaner, a representative of the Real Madrid Foundation, and Álvaro Moya, general director of Tulum Country Club, also highlighted the synergy and shared vision between both entities.
