Three new hotels announced next to the Bacalar lagoon.

They intend an investment of 21.4 million pesos in the projects.

With an investment of 21.4 million pesos, three hotels await approval for its construction on the banks of the Bacalar lagoon , which will represent the impact of 11 thousand 985 square meters of land of the Aarón Merino Fernández ejido .

According to the same Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, the projects are about “Octavo Color”, which intends an investment of 13 million 200 thousand pesos in a land of six thousand 229.52 square meters.

Also “El Peje” that contemplates an investment of one million 200 thousand pesos, in a land of four thousand 590.07 square meters; in addition to “Poza Clara Sanctuary Club Lagoon”, which contemplates an investment of seven million pesos, in a land of 1,165 square meters; all located on the banks of the Bacalar lagoon.

The first project includes the construction of roads, ramps and external stairs, parking, machine room, management, guest house, eight cabins of 115 square meters each, restaurant, massage area and a wastewater treatment system.

Similarly, a rustic wooden piloted pier will be 1.5 meters wide by 12 meters long in the shape of a T, in which part of the right tip parallel to the ground will find a circular area of ​​5 meters in diameter with a palapa.

In the project “El Peje”, it includes the remodeling of five “cabañas”, a bathroom and cellar area, a palapa, a path to the facilities, parking, three palapas built with wood from the region, an over water palapa, two built umbrellas, a concrete ramp, a retaining wall, a piloted wooden pier.

For its part, “Poza Clara Sanctuary Club Lagoon” is intended to be developed on a site located on the Coastal Boulevard of Bacalar Norte, Region 11, in the Aarón Merino Fernández ejido.

In the latter case, the particularity is that in the part that corresponds to the lagoon there is an individual mangrove, as well as three more individuals in the adjoining areas of the property, which will be relocated as well as the species of flora and fauna that, by their biological and representative characteristics, the federal delegation of the Semarnat determines that they are susceptible to rescue and relocate.

The hotel will have a reception, multipurpose palapa, sanitary facilities, sundeck, cabins, walkers, kitchen, restaurant and green areas. To this will be added an existing wooden kiosk of 11.70 square meters, a ramp for boats of 26.37 square meters and a wooden pier 119 square meters.
